In essence, glorious Manjushri Vajra

In the sacred realm of the Five Peaked Mountain

Manjushri’s wisdom-mind blessings entered your mind

JIG MED PHUN TSHOG ZHAB LA SOL WA DEB

Bestow blessings to realize the wisdom-mind lineage

(Repeat many times according to one’s ability)

At the end, the guru transforms into five-colored light-bindu (sphere)

RANG GI CHI WO NAY ZHUG NYING WU’I THIM
Enters through one’s crown and dissolves in the center of one’s heart

GYAL KUN YE SHE CHIG DU LA MA NGANG
The guru, sole embodiment of the wisdom of all the Victorious Ones,

KAL WA NYAM PAY JIN LAB THOB PAR SAM

In this way, rest in the equanamity of the dharmakaya that is beyond concepts, in the post-meditation period, view all appearances as the nature of the guru and go about your normal activities.

In the Wood Sow Year, on the twenty-fifth day of the sixth month, the liberated emanation of Tibet, Tenzin Gyatso, requested, “To benefit me and all those disciples who need this, please compose such a yoga.” At this request, in the effortless appearance of awareness-emptiness Manjushri’s self-sound, with the wisdom being accomplished Lungtok Gyatso’s emanation serving as the scribe, Ngawang Lodro Tsungmed composed this text in the solitary spot where colorful clouds swirled in the sky.
